1. What areas do you service?

We proudly serve Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Long Island, Massachusetts, Rhode Island,  and Central Florida.
Our Connecticut season typically runs from May through November, and our Florida season from November through April. We travel for weddings, private events, corporate functions, and festivals.

 

2. How far in advance should I book my rental?

While we always do our best to accommodate any timeline, the sooner you book, the better. Peak season fills quickly, and early reservations ensure your preferred date and trailer availability.

3. How do I reserve a restroom trailer?

A non-refundable $250 deposit and a signed rental agreement are required to secure your date. You can reserve directly through our Book Now page or by contacting us for a custom quote.

4. What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, wire transfer/ACH, and also PayPal or credit card (subject to a 3.5% processing fee).

5. How long is the rental period?

Although your trailer may be delivered a day or two before your event, each rental is considered a single-use rental. Our trailers are designed to handle one full event based on capacity and water limits.

6. How many guests can the trailers accommodate?

Each of our 3-stall luxury restroom trailers comfortably accommodates up to 250 guests for a standard event.

7. Do I need to provide electricity and water?

Yes — if your venue has access to power and water, the trailer should be placed within 100 feet of an outdoor spigot and a dedicated 20-amp, T-shaped outlet.
We provide a 100-foot hose and extension cord.
If hookups aren’t available, we offer onboard water and generator add-ons for an additional fee.

8. Are there any restrictions on where the trailer can be placed?

Restroom trailers must be placed on flat, level ground such as concrete, gravel, or firm grass.
The area must be accessible for our truck and trailer to enter and exit easily — even during your event.
Please ensure the space is clear of low branches, power lines, or narrow turns, and has 12 feet of vertical clearance.
If the preferred area isn’t suitable, our driver will assist in selecting the best alternate location.

9. What are the trailer dimensions?

  • 19’6” long (including tongue) x 90” wide x 12’ tall

  • 16’6” long (including tongue) x 90” wide x 12’ tall

10. Do the restrooms have heat and air conditioning?

Yes — each unit includes air conditioning and a built-in heat strip. The heat strip raises the internal temperature by about 10–15°F, making our trailers comfortable for events from April through November (and ideal for Florida’s winter season).

11. Do your restrooms have flushing toilets?

Yes! All our trailers feature foot-pedal flushing toilets with a sealed ball-valve system that keeps the restroom odor-free and discreet.

12. Are paper products and toiletries included?

Yes — every trailer comes fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap.
For an added touch, we offer Welcome Baskets and Restroom Attendants to restock and maintain supplies throughout your event.

13. When are delivery and pickup scheduled?

Standard delivery is one to two days before your event, and pickup occurs the day after.
We confirm exact delivery times closer to your date for convenience.

14. Do I need to be there for delivery?

Yes — either you or a representative should be on-site to show our driver where to position the trailer.
If we’re familiar with the venue, setup can be done without you present.

15. Do I need to be there for pickup?

No — as long as our team has clear, unobstructed access to the trailer, you do not need to be present.

16. What’s your cancellation policy?

All payments made are non-refundable since your trailer is reserved exclusively for your event date.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event incur a 10% fee.

17. What’s included with each rental?

All of our packages include:

  • Delivery, setup, and pickup

  • Flushing toilets and running sinks

  • Climate control (AC/heat)

  • Lighting and stylish interiors

  • Stocked paper products

Add-ons such as an additional day rental, generator, onboard water, attendant, and décor are available for any package.

18. Do you service the restroom during the event?

Our Elite VIP Experience includes a dedicated attendant who keeps the trailer spotless, restocks supplies, and assists guests. Servicing options are also available for multi-day events.

19. What’s the best way to book my restroom trailer?

You can book directly on our Book Now page by selecting your date, choosing a package, and paying your deposit.
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed setup email and delivery schedule.
