Welcome to The Good Life Restrooms (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, tglrestrooms.com, and all restroom trailer rental and related services we provide throughout Connecticut, surrounding New England states, and Florida. By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
The Good Life Restrooms provides luxury portable restroom trailer rentals for weddings, private events, corporate functions, and other gatherings.
Our operations follow a seasonal model:

New England Service Region (Connecticut, New York Tri-State, Rhode Island, Massachusetts): May through November

Florida Service Region (Central Florida including Winter Haven, Orlando, and surrounding areas): November through April
2. Booking, Deposits, and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Event dates are reserved only after the deposit has been received and confirmed in writing.

All balances must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Any payments received are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Any payments made are non-refundable and will result in a credit towards a future event and may be transferrable to another recipient. A fee of 10% may incur if cancelled less than 30 days before date.
Connecticut / New England
Inclement weather (snow, freezing temperatures, hurricanes) may affect service. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule delivery if it poses a safety risk to equipment or personnel.
Florida
For hurricane or tropical storm warnings, rescheduling will be accommodated when possible; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
4. Site Access & Requirements
Clients must ensure:

Safe, level, and accessible location for setup and removal.

Access to electricity (20 amp) and water source if required.

Adequate clearance for towing vehicles and trailers (minimum 12 feet wide and height).
Failure to meet site requirements may result in additional fees or inability to complete delivery, with no refund.
5. Damages & Liability

Clients are responsible for any damages to the trailer resulting from misuse, vandalism, or negligence during the rental period.

We are not liable for property damage, utility issues, or event disruptions beyond our control.

The client assumes responsibility for monitoring guest use and maintaining a safe environment.
6. Health & Sanitation
Each trailer is delivered clean, sanitized, and ready for use. Clients are responsible for maintaining general cleanliness throughout the rental period unless cleaning service was added to the contract.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Good Life Restrooms, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the equipment or services.
8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All text, images, videos, and branding on tglrestrooms.com are the property of The Good Life Restrooms. Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Good Life Restrooms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, cancellations, or use of the website.
10. Governing Law

For services rendered in Connecticut or other New England states, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, with disputes resolved in Litchfield County, CT.

For services rendered in Florida, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with disputes resolved in Polk County, FL.
